Hall Templates

I’m making a powrpoint for a business presentation, and I really detest all the templates that are offered. I was thinking of just takign a normal picture and making it into a template and just making it look really cool. Does anyone know how it can be done? A website would be really helpful if you can offer that. Thank you, you’re help is greatly appreciated.
