Apparently MS Word has built in templates you could possibly use, to do that just create a new document and window will popout and you can choose what type of document. Otherwise, you could always search for templates/look for a different software.

Just create your Heading/Document as normal as then save it as a “Document Template” under the “Save as” dialogue.

Here are the basics.
1.Open a blank document.
2.Format it as you want the page to look. This can include headers and footers, an opening Table of Contents, closing Index, distinct sections, etc.
3.Click on the File->Save As menu item.
4.Give the file a name.
5.In the Save as Type list box, select Document Template. The directory should automatically change to where your other templates are and the file type should change to .dot
6.Click OK.
Now you have a template to use with File->New.
