How do I print an email out of Outlook without my name appearing at the top? The only choice of page setup I have is “Memo style”. I have tried to go in and edit this style, but don’t see an option to get rid of my name. I have loaded a newsletter template and I’m trying to print it by itself, without my name at the top.

Open Outlook->Click Tools->Accounts->Mail, and remove your name but leave your email address. Click Apply->OK if needed.
