We are now international with writers in the States, and UK, along with our 6 man team in Germany. I have the graphics, and headers, but unfortunately the time I don’t have to design it.
I am asking if someone can design one in HTML, and send me the templates. One for a welcome page, and the other to be the template for the site itself.
I appreciate the time.

I can try to build a website for you for free. Please send me the descriptions for your website, and I will try to make it good. Also attach with it the image and headers. I can even do a bit of Flash if you want.
