Where can i find a site that lets me create a free webpage and host it? I need personal templates-not business

I agree, I just made my own site on freewebs and you can either choose a template or build your own pages from scratch. All you need are the most basic computer skills. You can have a blog, photo albums, upload widgets and edit photos. I’m delighted with freewebs.
I chose very simple template as I am an artist and wanted my work to speak for itself. My daughter is building her own site using all the gadgets at the moment and having enormous fun with it.

Hope this helps. Like you I am always on the lookout for the best free quality products and or services on the net. Without all the headaches! The hardest part is the research of finding it all in one good place! Well, good news! I found it!

Yes, it is a membership site and the small monthly cost of being a member far outweighs the cost! (Less than $10’s)
The best part, the site pays you to refer others. It’s easy to get others to join…who doesn’t like free stuff! Your membership cost is covered in no time at all! I know, I did it in less than a week! Not to mention, the hundreds of dollars I had already saved in free stuff all provided by the site! It’s a no-brainer!
The founder of the site put out a book a while back on how to practically live off of free stuff from the internet. And less than 48 hours ago, launched a nationwide infomercial tv campaign to help people save a lot of money, as well as make a lot of money for helping others. It’s the best of both worlds!

Yes, there is a place that let’s you create a free web page and hosts it. It’s called The Village (www.thevillage.com) and it allows you to create a website with lots of features. It does not, however, have flash templates that I know of. It is very dynamic though and allows your friends to add comments, ratings, videos, music, photos, etc..
