I am trying to get the same done with Microsoft Word. I could not find proper template for book. I closest one is report template but I don’t like it much.
I tried microsoft site. No book templates are in there.

Check out this site, it is a listing of POD (Print On Demand) printers and they normally have templates.
They may not be complete, but it’s a start
