Second question is that when you download these temps they give you a web banner, how can you edit them as they say company logo and I want to change it to something I want.

OK. You sound like you are struggling a bit. If this is totally new to you then Dreamweaver is probably not the best programme to use. Yes it is very good but in all truth the developers take it for granted that you already have a fair bit of knowledge of web design programmes.
You should try something a little simpler like front page express from the dreaded Microsoft. That will more than suffice if all you are looking to do is create a smart looking website. There are even more simple ones around like word server.
If you are looking to do an E-Commerce site then it is worth paying a bit more money and using Actinic. It is very good and can be as easy or complicated as you want to make it.

Download the file, unzip it if necessary, and open it in Dreanweaver and start editing them. If any of them have specific instructions, they will have a read me file.
