Do you have a web site? Is it on-line? Templates are just pretty pictures that make your site look nice. I use them all the time. You have to design the Index page and incorporate the template into the code. It’s basic stuff, but you have to be able to use HTML to build in the template.

Most templates are HTML files and perhaps CSS files that control the layout and fonts in the website. They also often include graphics and images. Use an HTML editor like Dreamweaver to customize the template for your personal needs. Then FTP the template to your website.
