Help with download Website Templates?

Hi there,
I am interested in downloading a from a site such as etc.

I was wondering what the procedure is this these template. I know that you get a which you can alter, but do you also get the CSS code? I’m good with and Html, but have never really worked with CSS.

Any help is appreciated.

    hi
    frnd don’t u have dreamweaver CS3 … if not download it .
    open the template in it …. and edit it in HTML ( which u r gud at it )
    and enjoy doinig it …

    I have a affiliate account with template monster. If the template uses CSS then you will receive the css file. Sometimes the file or “style sheet” will be embedded within the HTML code. CSS is pretty easy to learn.
