To the best of my knowledge, Microsoft doesn’t offer a template pack. I might be wrong but I think I remember reading something that each template was resource intensive. Downloading one at a time (on an as needed basis) made it more likely that the download would be done without any glitches.
Other 3rd party software companies have office template packs and you might find compatible template packs from open source products like Open Office. Maybe someone with more knowledge will have a better solution.
