How to copy save a custom report design as a template on Microsoft Access 2007?
Programming & Design
Objective Fellow asked:
I need help with Access!! Does anyone know how to do this? I inherited a Microsoft Access database from someone else (I’m not the author of it), and now am trying to add new reports to the database that have the same design and format as the reports already present in the database. However, I don’t know how to do this without going through and manually copying the report design’s which are already in place. Does anyone know of any way easier to do this? Thanks!

try this
- select your specific report
- on the ribbon bar select External Data tab
- in the Export pick list More choose Access Database
- then pick the appropriate database
keep in mind the format may be fine but all the underlying queries may not be valid in the new database
