   The price is very much depending of what you wan’t done.

   I work as a more or less freelance webdesigner, offering the following: (x)’html, css, rss, xml (Sitemaps), PHP and MySQL.

   The listed pricing is somewhat not relevant in your case, since you already have a layout, i asume what you want done is the serverside programming.

   You shouldn’t have brought mentioned layout, whoever created it, forgot to include a valid doctype, which is one of the most importent factors in webdesign today.

   Not to mention the incorrect usage of tables, (today we use css to layout our pages).
