If you’re willing to spend 10 dollars (which isn’t much) you can try Google Apps for your Domain, which gives you email, webhosting and some other tools. It seems specially made for people not familiar with HTML and web design, gives you a choice of templates which you can edit without having to look at any code.
I have heard of people having trouble with just setting up Google Apps so I would first read over their posts in various support forums before taking the plunge. You can try “GooglePages” for free to test out their webpage editor.

If you are selling something, and thinking of copying templates, think again it could bring lot of trouble for you later since most of the templates are copyrighted. Why do not you contact a webdesigner to get an unique web template designed for your website?
